The speakers include Dr. Mustapha Kuku, Khadeejah Abdullah and Adil Syed. Dr. Mustapha Kuku is the director of the Islamic Society of Riverside. Khadeeja Abdulllah and Adil Syed recently completed a one year program in Quranic Studies, Hadith and Fiqh in Tajweed. All three will talk about different aspects of the topics. The program is geared towards younger people. The program will begin immediately after Maghrib and will conclude by Isha. Question and answer session will follow the Isha prayer.

I ponder'd on the topic of the lecture "Building Relations with the Qur'an." I missed the lecture; however, I know there should be a relationship with Qur'an, and this should extend into our relationship with our family, brothers and sisters, and others. Yet what constitutes a relationship? I think in a relationship there should be a genuine concern for the other. Not just a concern that the educated are sure the uneducated are fed; but that the uneducated are educated as well...
