LVMuslim.com is happy to announce a new monthly "Community Spotlight" section on the blog. First of every month starting March 09' the Community Spotlight post will discuss in detail the history, impact and future plans of a particular local organization, mosque or person etc.

Allah (S) said He made us different that we may learn from one another. I think it would be a noble gesture to highlight the accomplishments amongst the various ethnicities in Islam. One beautiful ingredient of this din is the diversity in its adherents. There is no one voice, no one face, no one experience, in this life; and how we develop in this faith is being conscious of that.
